RESIDENTIAL DESIGN | MID CENTURY RANCH
Located near the Rose Bowl in Pasadena CA, this project involved renovating and remodeling an existing mid century ranch home in the Linda Vista area.
MHA revived the mid century ranch ‘bones’ of the house to reflect more of a period correct aesthetic. This included gutting and remodeling the kitchen and living areas, adding a new master suite, and designing new landscaping in the front and rear yards.
The interior remodel and addition included some deferred maintenance issues, updating finishes, fixtures and new building systems.
